This qualification is suitable for those who supervise in telesales roles.

Course Duration:

 

6 - 12 Months

Entry Requirements:

 

Must be working in a supervisory position within the telesales environment.

Course Outline:

 

Mandatory Units – You must complete all of these:
- Generate and follow-up sales leads
- Handle objections and close sales
- Demonstrate compliance with legal,
regulatory and ethical requirements for sales
activities

Option Units – Choose 4 units from the following:
- Sell products and services over the telephone
- Obtain and use sales-related information
- Manage your own personal and professional
development in sales
- Develop and deliver a professional sales
presentation
- Assist customers to obtain finance for
purchases
- Analyse competitor information
- Lead and manage sales projects
- Contribute to the development of new
products and services
- Assess customer creditworthiness
- Pricing to promote product and services
- Provide learning opportunities for colleagues
- Implement change
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance
- Develop sales proposals and quotations
- Prepare and run sales meetings
- Develop your personal networks
- Use direct marketing to support sales
activities
- Meet customers’ after sales service needs
- Lead a sales team
- Motivate sales professionals and sales
partners

Learning Outcomes:

 

On completion, you will receive a City & Guilds Certificate in Level 3 Telesales.

Assessment:

 

You will be assessed by the following methods:
Observations, Questioning, Witness Testimonies, Approved Prior learning.
