B.9: Assemble bulk orders for distribution
B10: Pick stock and make up orders
B11: Process orders for goods
B12: Process returned goods and materials
B.14: Process donated goods for resale or recycling
Group 2: Promoting products to customers
C.3: Help customers to choose products
C.5: Provide information and advice to customers
Group 3: Customer Services
D.1: Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
Group 4: Organisational effectiveness
E.7: Maintain the safety of high risk goods and materials
E.8: Contribute to health and safety within the fuel dispensing area
E.9: Maintain hygiene standards in handling and storing food products
E.10: Operate specialist plant and machinery to performance requirements

This unit belongs to the Petroleum Industry National Training Organisation, which is submitting a proposal to revise its standards. The DNTO intends to import the revised unit when it becomes available.
