Overview:

This course is primarily aimed at people with little or no experience, who are new to business planning and managing strategy in their organisation. It would also be useful to those aspiring to move into a strategic role in management. This course will help delegates to develop a practical awareness of the processes behind strategic planning and the link to day-to-day operational objectives and performance measures.

Our Business Management courses can be delivered at our training facility in Derby, or onsite at the clients premises. We can deliver all of these courses on a 1-2-1 basis at £175 plus VAT (per day), however for bookings of 2 people or more prices start at £125 per person plus VAT (per day).
