Overview:

This course is designed for people who deal with customers either face to face or over the telephone. It is an ideal course for people working to achieve sales targets.

Prior to the delivery of this course, information is required with regard to type of industry and relevant customer care to ensure that the course is of a bespoke nature.

Our Sales & Marketing courses can be delivered at our training facility in Derby, or onsite at the clients premises. We can deliver all of these courses on a 1-2-1 basis at £175 plus VAT (per day), however for bookings of 2 people or more prices start at £125 per person plus VAT (per day).

Assessment:

Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
