This course is primarily aimed at managers, first line managers and team leaders.

Our Sales & Marketing courses can be delivered at our training facility in Derby, or onsite at the clients premises. We can deliver all of these courses on a 1-2-1 basis at £175 plus VAT (per day), however for bookings of 2 people or more prices start at £125 per person plus VAT (per day).

• Negotiation strategy and preparation
• Negotiation structure
• Ploys and dirty tricks
• Competitive negotiations

Learning Outcomes:

 

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Demonstrate an increased awareness and
understanding of the role of a professional
negotiator
• Demonstrate an increased knowledge of the
concept, principles and stages of negotiation
• Identify the skills, knowledge and
understanding necessary to be an effective
negotiator in a competitive environment
• Identify own negotiation style and its potential strengths and weaknesses

Assessment:

 

Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
