To demonstrate a practical knowledge of
discipline and grievance procedures.
To develop interviewing skills for handling
disciplinary situations.
To describe a set of problem solving skills in
relation to managing grievance.
Our HR Management courses can be delivered at our training facility in Derby, or onsite at the clients premises. We can deliver all of these courses on a 1-2-1 basis at £175 plus VAT (per day), however for bookings of 2 people or more prices start at £125 per person plus VAT (per day).

Learning Outcomes: |

By the end of this programme, participants:
Will have a practical awareness and understanding of managing discipline and grievance procedures
Will be confident in dealing with problematic
situations relating to poor attendance and
performance.
Will be able to plan and conduct a simple
disciplinary interview according to the Code of
Practice.

Assessment: |
|
Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
