This course is primarily aimed at managers, first line managers and team leaders.
Our Business Management courses can be delivered at our training facility in Derby, or onsite at the clients premises. We can deliver all of these courses on a 1-2-1 basis at £175 plus VAT (per day), however for bookings of 2 people or more prices start at £125 per person plus VAT (per day).

Learning Outcomes:
Delegates will have an understanding of the types of conflict and its manifestation. They will practice the skills required to identify and mediate conflict, also to try and aim for a ‘win win’ conclusion.
Assessment:
Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
